Say WHAT?

Ok...wow...I didn't really expect people to be THAT surprised. LOL So, to answer some questions:

1) We are just starting to update our homestudy.

2) We are only adopting ONE child, and this will be our last adoption.

3) We don't know who we're adopting, and won't know until just before we travel. We're hoping for a girl this time.

4) We have no idea when we're traveling. We have a timeline in mind but it's based purely on speculation at this point.

  3. So Angela finally gets a sister, eh?

That would be so awesome if we end up traveling at the same time...

  4. First of all congrats on #3 to be! Very exciting!

A few more questions....Serbia again, right? Do they let you request a girl or are you just hoping for a girl? And if you continue with the "a" name theme, may I suggest Abby as a name? :-)

  5. Hey, didn't you give your girl bedroom set away? Someone was not thinking far enough into the future!!! LOL!!! How FUN!!!! CONGRATS!!!!

  6. Nance, yes we did give it away! We ended up giving it to a couple who, without any notice, was getting custody of their four grandkids. Clearly they did not have the means to go out and get stuff. When they came to pick up the bedroom set and I heard their story, I ran in the house and gathered up boxes and bags of clothes that Axel had outgrown and would be years before Asher would fit into.

  8. Are you specifically asking for a child with Down syndrome? Just curious. Congratulations, to all of you. I hope this next/last adoption is as fulfilling as the others have been, and that the integration of child #4 (in the house) is relatively smooth. I can't wait to "meet" them. (and what are the other kids saying about it?)
