The Euro is Down Today

Those who are traveling soon, do you watch the exchange rates like I do? Tonight the Euro is down, which means today would have been the day to exchange US dollars for Euros. It's a daily game here now, watching the Euro, and there are several people here who read that are traveling to other countries, so I added a Currency converter gadget on my right sidebar. :-)

  2. Woohoo! Thanks for the converter! I know what a daily work this is... if Shia LaBeouf would be here, I'd totally feel like I was in Wall Street... But seriously, this will be a great help for those traveling: you can save quite a chunk of money when catching lower rates.

  3. @Moon: I don't remember where you went for your kids. Ukraine? We're not going to Ukraine. Where we're going, some things are in Euros and some are in local currency. Our Facilitation Fee, translation fee and hotel rates are given to us in Euros, which means for us Americans the rates can change on a daily basis!

@Hevel: It took me a couple hours to find a converter that was up to date! I found several, would get each one uploaded on my blog only to find out the rates are not current. Frustrating!

  4. I know you can't say which country but I've been wondering if you will have to make two trips or will be able to bring Axel home this trip. Still praying about Ianna's situation - have you heard anything?
